INTRODUCING OURSELVES

Hello!

My name is Àlex i'm 14 years-old, and I live in Olot. I've got a sister 18 years-old called Ester.

This summer i went to Mijas(Málaga) with my parents and my sister and I enjoyed a lot. We visited Sevilla, Cádiz, and a lot of small towns. We travel to Málaga with car, we spend a lot of time on the car, but it's worth it.
In Sevilla we visited the Ramón Sanchez Pizjúan football field, Torre del Oro and Plaza España.

Two weeks later, we went to Portaventura four days.

In my free time I like sleep, play football and play videogames.

THE INVENTION OF THE COMPUTER

The earliest electronic computers were not “personal” in any way: They were enormous and hugely expensive, and they required a team of engineers and other specialists to keep them running. One of the first and most famous of these, the Electronic Numerical Integrator Analyzer and Computer (ENIAC), ENIAC was conceived and designed by John Mauchly and J. Presper Eckert of the University of Pennsylvania  to do ballistics calculations for the U.S. military during World War II. ENIAC cost $500,000, weighed 30 tons and took up nearly 2,000 square feet of floor space. On the outside, ENIAC was covered in a tangle of cables, hundreds of blinking lights and nearly 6,000 mechanical switches that its operators used to tell it what to do. On the inside, almost 18,000 vacuum tubes carried electrical signals from one part of the machine to another.

A memorable experience

A memorable experience

Last summer, I went to Port Aventura, in Salou, with my aunt, my cousin and my sister. When we arrived, we went to our hotel room, but we can't enter because the clean personal were cleaning it. We wait one  hour until the hotel room were cleaned. We go to lunch in a restaurant and after we can went to the hotel room. That was incredible because the hotel room was very beautiful. The first day we go to Sésamo aventura, for my cousin, because she likes it. The second day, I go to Dragon Khan and more later to Shambala. That was incredible because I never went to Port Aventura.

Correction of Biel's work:

Twice a week I have a football training with Les Preses team. And once a week we play a match with another team. Once a week I go to music classes and I play the piano and sing two hours. Once a week I study in private classes and I often practice maths. I always go to school less saturday and sunday. I love do this.
